DH-ZS3000W ultrasonic nanomaterial disperser has functions of constant temperature, temperature control, and optional continuous feeding. It has strong scalability and is also suitable for the extraction of traditional Chinese medicine, cell and bacterial wall disruption, as well as dispersion and emulsification of nanomaterials in the chemical industry. It is suitable for small batch production or providing accurate technical parameters for future industrial production.
The core of ultrasonic nanotechnology is how to solve the problem of nanoparticle aggregation. Due to the easy aggregation of nanoparticles themselves, it is very difficult to obtain single dispersed nanoparticles. The key technology of nanotechnology is how to uniformly disperse nanoparticles into the matrix. Our company's series of ultrasonic products use the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves to disperse aggregated particles. The required particle suspension (liquid) is placed in a strong ultrasonic field and processed with an appropriate ultrasonic amplitude.
